Inspired by Top Shop's Moto Embellished Denim Hot Pants seen here:

To start you'll need:
>>Black shorts/jeans/leggings/JEGGINGS
>>Gold and Silver fabric paint
Optional:
>>If you're of age, some red wine.
>>Definitely always good to have some background music
*Side note. As you can see I had some scrap fabric laying around. I just did a quick test to make sure I could properly make dots with the paint. It's super easy but I just had to see how the paint came out.

Next you'll need to:
>>Dab the paint onto your pants in any design or pattern your heart desires! I did a more literal inspiration and followed the pattern and design as it is seen on the Top Shop shorts.
>>Let the paint dry for at least 4 hours. I did do the back a separate day just to avoid any messes.
>>If you want to, you can wash the pants up to 72 hours after applying paint. I think I'm going to wait a bit longer, just in case.

So here I lay...

November Shorts

(Hat- Forever21, Sunglasses- Juicy Couture, Necklace- Topshop, Knitted Sweater- H&M, Shorts- Levi's, Stockings- Nordstrom, Studded Loafers- Jeffrey Campbell)

It's been a strange November for us here in Colorado. I figured I take advantage of the warmth and wear my favorite shorts from Levi's on my lunch date. Shorts in the fall/winter CAN be acceptable as long as they are worn with stockings and knitted sweaters (unless you live in warmer climates, then bare those leggz). Well, that's just my opinion and rule for myself... I don't know about you guys.
